Alumni Awards
Aumni Awards recognise the considerable achievements of Cranfield School of Management’s alumni and students and pay tribute to high flyers and top achievers. They also publicly demonstrate the pride and appreciation felt by the University, the School and the CMA to those who support the School and the CMA.
Distinguished Alumnus Award
Awarded annually by the University at the School’s Graduation Ceremony in June to an alumnus(a) who has made a significant achievement in the business world, in public service, in the community, in charitable work or in international relations.

Entrepreneur Alumnus of the Year Award
Awarded annually by the CMA in January to an alumnus(a) who has made an outstanding entrepreneurial achievement and promotes the strong entrepreneurial spirit present within the School and the alumni body.

Alumni Service Awards
These are awarded annually by the CMA at the CMA Annual General Meeting in January. The Alumni Service Awards are made to alumni who have made an outstanding contribution to the CMA, the alumni body and the School. This may include participating in student recruitment, assisting students in their job search, giving lectures, running special interest groups and contributing to work of the CMA Council or Board.
CMA Honorary Members
CMA Honorary Membership is bestowed on individuals who have supported the CMA and or the School and receive professional membership for life.
Henry Ford II Prize
The Henry Ford II Scholar Award is sponsored by Ford UK and is presented to the full time MBA student who achieves the highest overall exam marks for the year.
McFarlane Leadership Prize
The McFarlane Leadership Prize is sponsored by John McFarlane OBE, MBA 1975. The prize is awarded to the student on the full-time MBA with the greatest leadership potential.
McFarlane Spirit of Cranfield Prize
The McFarlane Spirit of Cranfield Prize is sponsored by John McFarlane OBE, MBA 1975. The prize is awarded to the full-time MBA student who best exemplifies the values, spirit and nature of the Cranfield MBA community.
Odgers Prize
The Odgers Prize was established by Ian Odgers MBA 1966, and is sponsored by Odgers Berndtson. The award is presented to the full time MBA student with most potential for a highly successful career in management.
Award for Excellence
The award for excellence is awarded to the top executive MBA student in the year.
Juby Prize for Personal Development
The Juby Prize for Personal Development is awarded by Cliff Juby EMBA 2002 to the executive MBA who is seen to have benefited most from the ‘Cranfield experience’, rather than on academic merit alone.
