The CMA set up its Career Moves service in 1992 and since then has developed working relationships with hundreds of executive recruitment consultancies throughout the UK and internationally covering all industries and management expertise.

In addition the CMA encourages its own alumni to use the alumni network to resource their management needs.

The CMA posts current job vacancies online on a daily basis. These are generally unadvertised £35,000+ opportunities located throughout the UK and internationally. CMA members have immediate access to these job opportunities.

For each position the CMA, in conjunction with the recruiter, provides information on the recruiting organisation, the position, the qualifications, skills required and how to apply. The CMA member then makes direct contact with the recruiter.
