The CMA Board
"As incoming Chairman, my first task was to identify and recruit a CMA board that matches our aspirations as an organisation."
David Molian MBA 1986, Chairman
In addition to setting down the CMA Constitution, the main objectives of the CMA Board are to focus on CMA strategic issues and determine how best the alumni body can support the School in pursuit of its strategic aims.
The CMA Board consists of the Chairman, the Executive Director, the Board Secretary, the School Executive Representative plus a minimum of two and a maximum of five Board members as representatives of all alumni.
Members of the Board may hold office for up to three years and are eligible for appointment for one further consecutive term of up to three years. The CMA Board meets four times a year - usually in February, May, August and November.
