The Light and Dark: Group Dynamics at Work
9 – 11 March 2010
When we are in a working group the other people have an incredibly powerful affect on us. This programme explores how groups can, for example, kill our creativity or inspire us, allow us to slack off or motivate us and help us to brainstorm better ideas or skew our decision making. Groups can even make us clam up.
By the end of the programme you will have the confidence to speak up in groups, the courage to lead and inspire your colleagues and the integrity and skills required in order to better facilitate group performance.
There are a maximum of three places available on this new and exciting programme.
The fee is £2,800. reduced to £1,528.41 + VAT for alumni. This fee includes meals and accommodation at Cranfield.
